| Wagering Requirement | A multiplier applied to bonus funds specifying the minimum total amount that must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed in respect of those funds. |
| Prohibited User | Any individual who is under the minimum age of 18 years, is located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited by law, or has been excluded or suspended by wcgame. |

Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different names, email addresses or device identities — constitute a breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. wcgame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify wcgame immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by wcgame may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, account closure.

References to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided for contextual familiarity only. Users are responsible for confirming the availability of specific payment methods at the time of transaction.
Account balances are maintained in the base currency selected at registration. Where PKR is the selected currency, all deposits, wagers and withdrawals will be denominated in Pakistani Rupees. Currency conversion fees may apply where transactions originate in a different currency.
wcgame is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and transparently. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and may range from the same business day to up to five business days. wcgame will communicate estimated timelines on the cashier page and will notify Users of any delays resulting from compliance review or payment processor circumstances outside wcgame's control.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are documented on the Platform's cashier page. These limits are subject to review and may be adjusted. Users requiring a withdrawal in excess of the standard maximum may contact support to discuss arrangements, subject to enhanced KYC review.
wcgame offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotion, which supplement and form part of this Agreement.
Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible game contributions will be detailed in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game types (e.g., live dealer games, low-margin markets) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the wcgame Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the Platform.
wcgame reserves the right to accept, refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including without providing a reason. A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been generated and displayed to the User. Until that point, no contractual obligation in respect of the wager exists.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, human error in pricing, or any other error that results in an incorrect price or outcome being displayed, wcgame reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the User's balance. Winnings generated as a result of an obvious error may be reclaimed.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond the applicable settlement window, market suspension due to integrity concerns, or a technical error as described above. Stakes on voided bets are returned to the User's account balance in full.

Any User found to have placed wagers with knowledge of, or participation in, any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or result manipulation — including in the context of Pakistan cricket, PSL or any other league — will have their account immediately suspended, all associated winnings forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wcgame's aggregate liability to any User in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Upon termination for cause, wcgame reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to forfeit bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity.
Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any pending KYC requirements must be completed and any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds will lapse. Withdrawable real-money balances will be returned to the User via the original deposit method subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wcgame holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights that Users may hold under the laws of their own jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through wcgame's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection law in the User's jurisdiction provides otherwise.
wcgame reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, wcgame will provide reasonable advance notice via one or more of the following means:
